Crocs are really good. A really good gift to bring for the people are Croc shoes. They are comfortable and durable, washable and colorful! The dirt in Rwanda is really red, and will stain your shoes, so if you pack an easily cleanable pair of shoes you will be set! You could be doing a lot of walking while you are there, so bring a pair of comfortable runners or something similar.
