Yvonne Umuioili

Birthday: November 22, 1984

Yvonne is the Care-Giver in the Hope Home in Gatsata who can care for 8 orphans.
She is learning English.

Birthday: January 1, 1983 

Patrick is in his third year of Institute Polytechinic of Byumba.  He is getting his degree in Social work. He is one of the care workers in our Cyuru/Byumba location.

Leocadie Nyirabihinda

Birthday: March 18, 1974

Leocadie sells charcoal and loves to sing. She reads and writes Kinyarwanda and French and knows some English. At war in Congo, her husband died and she was shot in the eye and is now blind in that eye. Leocadie has one child and is a care worker in our Cyuru/Byumba location.

Jeanette Mukunduuifite

Birthday: May 19, 1977

Jeanette has three children and also raises her niece. She farms bananas. She is HIV+ and her husband died of AIDS. Jeanette works in our Cyuru/Byumba location.

Birthday: April 8, 1966

Cecile has four children and is HIV+. Her husband left her and later died of AIDS. She is a care worker in Gikondo area and attends church at Glory of Christ, a partner church.
